It gives me a great pleasure to extend to you this invitation for the Joint meeting of the Mediterranean Society of Pelvic Floor Disorders and Mediterranean Society of Coloproctology on April 9 - 11 2009 in Cairo, Egypt. On behalf of our Society, I welcome you to share with us this event which will blend education and controversy with the inspiring interaction of audience and faculty and can be expected to be a most rewarding experience. An excellent faculty of specialists will deliver concise state-of-the-art lectures on topics from colorectal surgery, gynecology, and urology through sexology, neurology, and epidemiology to diagnostics, interventions, and conservative therapies.
